About Sydney

  • Originally from St. George, Utah, Sydney earned a Psychology degree from BYU and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, where she focused on substance use treatment. She later gained expertise in eating disorder recovery while working at Center for Change.

    Sydney takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, using methods like CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and IFS to help clients build confidence and resilience. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, mountain biking, and spending time with loved ones.

Insurance

  • We currently accept:
    EMI, DMBA, Select Health, Select Heath Community Care, BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, PEHP, and Lyra Health.

    We bill insurance at $150 a session

  • Our self-pay rate is $150 per session, but we can work with you on a sliding scale if there is financial need. We accept HSA payment or credit card. 

  • If you don’t see your insurance listed, we are also able to provide you with a superbill for out of network providers. You can provide this to your insurance company for session reimbursement.
